Happy to perform a comprehensive multiple listings (MLS) property search for you and review on a daily basis the area’s new listings as they come on the market. Please describe in as much detail as you can your wants and needs (we will undoubtedly have many follow up questions) and any corresponding new or existing listings will be emailed to you. Naturally, you can conduct a search yourself through Zillow or Realtor.com but the multiple listing service which we have direct access to provides more consistent and reliable data. We are also familiar with the entire marketplace including for sale by owner (FSBO), bank owned properties and are often aware of upcoming listing possibilities before they hit the market. Relax, enjoy the ride, let us email you all listing candidates and provide information (negative and favorable), not conveyed by the listing agency in their promotional materials. For example, we can send along pictures showing how a home which you are interested in is actually very close to the highway, or say, a less than fastidious neighbor! Maybe there is a solar development planned for the neighborhood….. Whatever the scenario, we are all about exhaustive research and that begins with property selection.
